today is friday.

i just checked my email and i saw this thing from izzy, who collated memorable blog entries from all of us last year. god this whole wave of nostalgia just hit me, seriously. and reading it just made laugh countless times. like the thing about the cinema, our killer football skills, about iceskating, about going to sentosa, about stupid things we said, and the countless times we got scolded when we were out. oh and who could have forgotten that time when we were at some army event, and we all got scolded for sticking really silly post-its on the board drawing really CRAZY links about singapore and making stupid puns too. getting mud on our uniforms when we went on the army vehicle. OH and of course the time when 2h drank 106 bottles of booby juice, (hot brand name), to get vouchers from nydc. and the whole smashing watermelon with izzy's ass business.


really just innocent stupid fun. and what happened to that i wonder. does this ability to have as much fun disappear as we grow older and become more jaded, while we get bogged down by stupid, meaningless problems that stem from our greed? (and insecurity)

i feel so much like peter pan now. but we'll deal.
